Our fitness and Wellness Coordinator at our Boot Camp For Troubled Teens Center oversees daily sports and physical fitness activities along with daily calisthenics, and uniform inspections. Daily participation in fitness activities assist in improving balance, coordination, endurance, strength, and general health, is required of all Boot Camp For Troubled Teens Center students. Some of the Boot Camp For Troubled Teens Center activities include capture the flag, volleyball, football, basketball, baseball, and hotbox. Off Boot Camp For Troubled Teens Center activities include snorkeling, site seeing, scuba diving, kayaking, repelling, hiking, camping, swimming, exercising on the beach, working out at a local gym and many other fun filled activities. Boot Camp For Troubled Teens Center students are only allowed to participate in these activities when they have reached an appropriate level of trust.
