Enrollment Process

Step One

  • You need to speak with the WRA Admissions Coordinator who can be contacted Toll Free 24 hours a day. The coordinator will make sure that the student fits the criteria of the program and then can answer any questions you may have regarding our services.

Step Two

  • Begin Enrollment Application. Once you have spoken with the WRA Admissions Coordinator you will be directed to follow the above mentioned link and will create your user ID and password to begin the enrollment application. Please save this user ID and password because it will be used to view your child’s information after enrollment. Your user ID and password will also allow you to pause in the middle of filling out the application and come back at a later time to finish. If you have questions in this process please feel free to contact your Admissions Coordinator by calling 24/7 at 1-866-679-8336 or e-mail us at enrollwra@whiteriveracademy.com

Step Three

  • Once you have downloaded and printed the enrollment agreement from the following location Begin Enrollment Application you will notice on the front page that there is a list of items that your child will need. Please check with your coordinator if you have any questions regarding the items requested. Also the last page of the enrollment agreement is a list of clothing items needed. These items should accompany the student or may be shipped prior to enrollment.

Step Four

  • Once you have these items finished we need to coordinate how the student will get to the school. Again you may speak with your admissions coordinator regarding any questions. Travel to the school can be accomplished using several methods.
    1. Bring the student yourself, which allows you to see the facility and meet many of the staff who will be working with your teen.
    2. For some visiting the school prior to enrollment is not an option and a trusted friend or associate may bring the student.
    3. For many and most the student is unwilling to come and a professional service may be employed to come to your home and escort your child to the facility. Youth Transport Services
